We are selling our products (hereinafter products/ items /goods) under the brand name ‘codolagni’. Request for information can be made to firstname.lastname@example.org
This document is not filed, will only be concluded in an electronic format, does not constitute a written contract and it does not refer to a code of conduct. The language of the contract is English. The present Terms and Conditions apply to all consumer contracts between CDS-PROJEKT Ltd. (hereinafter us/we/our) and the Customer (hereinafter you/your) in relation to all sales of products unless the parties have agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to change our Terms and Condition at any time in any extent without prior notice therefore it is recommended to visit this page prior any order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions described below. The contract (which means these Terms and Conditions together with the Dispatch Confirmation) between us will only be formed when we send you our Dispatch Confirmation.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on our site.
By placing an order you are requested to give some personal datas such as name, delivery address, billing address, email and phone number. Your personal information is needed for shipping and billing purposes. We will never sell, share or transfer your personal information to any third party.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old. Before placing an order through our site, you have to accept our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood the content of the Terms and Conditions. This applies for companies and non EU customers as well. By giving your personal data you warrant that all the information you gave is correct and exact.
When you have selected the product or products you would like to order just send us an e-mail with the name and quantity of the products and the delivery address (country). We contact you within 24 hours and calculate a shipping cost for you. After we received your order acknowledgement we send you an Order Receipt by email. The Order Receipt contains the payment information, your delivery and billing details. You shall immediately notify us if there is any error or mistake in the delivery and billing details.
When the funds have cleared on our bank account your order will be shipped after the given manufacturing time. You will be notified through a Dispatch Confirmation via email which means your order is accepted and dispatched.
All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any individual or company order (e.g in case of out of stock, or problems with previous orders).
Product prices on our site are final, stated in EUR and include Hungarian VAT (27%) for all customers inside the European Union. Customers from countries outside the European Union may have to pay customs clearance and national VAT at the country of delivery. If you are a company with valid EU VAT number or you are a customer from outside EU please contact us via email before placing an order.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. Changes will not affect orders which have been made before price changes and were confirmed via email.
Payment for products can be made via direct bank transfer. The Order Receipt sent to you after placing an order contains the bank details and the amount to be paid for your order. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Please note that your order will be shipped only after the funds have cleared in our account.
We have made every effort to display the design, dimensions and colors of our products shown our website as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations may occur. For example the actual colors can be affected by the screen settings of your computer, software or printer properties. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display or print of any color will be accurate. Each product image should be viewed in conjunction with the description. We recommend you to contact us and order a sample if the exact color match is important.
Please note that due to the unique and handmade nature of our products there might be slight differences including, but not limited to: shape/form, finish, colors, shades of fabric, dimensions or weights of the products. Some of our products are made of natural wood, therefore color or texture differences or shading can be expected. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations.
Although there can be only minor differences, dimensions specified on our websites are always approximate. If minor differences in dimensions are going to be a problem, please write a note in the ‘Additional Information’ box in the checkout surface during the order process.
We reserve the right to make minor technical changes to the products that will change insignificantly their appearance or function and will not affect the price. Any major changes after your purchase but before the delivery will be advised for your approval or we will refund you in full.
For self-assembly products we provide detailed assembly instructions which are sent with the product also via email in pdf form if required.
There may occasionally be price, availability or order quantity limitation changes (without prior notice), inaccurate, incomplete or out of date information or other unintentional errors, despite our best efforts. We reserve the right not to be held liable for these changes or errors. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
We reserve the right, to change or discontinue colors, wood types, sizes or fabrics.
We will aim to fulfill your order within the given product manufacturing times. However, these manufacturing times are estimations; they may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of significant delay we will inform you in email.
Your order will be shipped only after the funds have cleared in our account.
We ship all over the world. All deliveries are made by a shipping company (usually with DPD inside EU and with UPS outside EU). Delivery will be made to the address you gave upon placing an order. We recommend you to give your work address as delivery address, if you know you will be not at home.
Shipping is free inside the EU, however, outside the EU shipping fee will be charged. If you would like to purchase outside the EU please send us an email to email@example.com and a shipping cost and time will be calculated for you. Shipping time is usually 3-5 days inside EU. All shipping time are estimated and so cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays (e.g. delays caused by custom clearing process). After we packed and dispatched your items we send you a Dispatch Confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow up the shipping status of your order.
The delivery is considered completed once your order is delivered to you. The delivery note issued by the carrier must be signed by you upon delivery, which proofs that you have received the items. You are responsible for the persons who take delivery of the Product in his/her name and on his/her behalf, and sign for correct delivery of the Product and confirm compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatching. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the items happened during shipping.
We strongly recommend you to check the package. If you found the package is damaged, wet or otherwise altered please take photos (advised) of the box, open it immediately and check the contents, compliance and condition of the products upon delivery. Also we advise to check the product upon delivery if it contains fragile items such as mirrors.
Any damage found upon delivery must be recorded on the transport document given by the courier. You might not be able to make any objection about the delivery, if the courier note is signed without attaching any notification of the damage. Any damage observed after delivery but obviously caused by mishandling during the transport must be reported within 2 (two) days of delivery to the shipping company. You are responsible for filling any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please notify us also if a damaged or defective item is found on delivery.
The risk of damage or destruction to the goods purchased is only transferred to the customer once these goods have been delivered to the delivery address of the buyer, and he has signed the delivery note.
Our return policy is in accordance with DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL. Please read the directive carefully.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased via our online store, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products it is not covered by us.
Please note that you may not use goods that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. You should handle and inspect the products you ordered with due care during the withdrawal period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and must be in the same condition you recieve.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.
Please note this Return Policy applies to stock items only. Any items that have been personalized or modified to your specification cannot be returned. The withdrawal right does not apply to custom made products.
